Matty Begs will be playing live at the inaugural Rocky Mount Mills 5k benefiting Cystic Fibrosis on June 4th!! It’s a scenic 5k Race, with a post-race concert, cold craft beer, and several awesome food trucks. All proceeds of the Rocky Mount Mills 5k will be used to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The finish line of the race will at the front porch of the new Koi Pond Brewing Company.

RACE AND FESTIVAL INFO: Following the Rocky Mount Mills 5k, runners and guest will be entertained with live music from Matty Begs outside of the Rocky Mount Mills. Music will begin at 9:30 am to kick off the race and continue until 12:30 pm. All registered runners have free access to our post-race celebration.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A RUNNER: Beer, food, and music lovers...guests can come for free, or become a supporter. For only $15 you will receive an event shirt, a commemorative tasting glass, and a craft beer sample from Bull Durham Beer Co. Sorry. . . must be 21 to get the beer! Those who just want to enjoy the festival should arrive any time after 10:00 am, because the race will be over and all roads will be open. Music, beer, and food Trucks go through lunch so bring some beach chairs and relax. It’s going to be an awesome time.
